Paying 6 months up front halves the installation and collection cost, and paying 12 months up front makes both free. Booking online rather than by phone also takes 10% off the weekly hire. Mileage is included within 30 miles of the Door To Store depot near Luton; beyond that it’s charged at £2 + VAT per mile, each way.
Units are delivered flat-packed and assembled by hand on-site, so no crane or HIAB is needed, which makes them practical for driveways, yards, car parks and restricted-access sites. Depending on size, installation takes between 30 minutes for the smallest unit and around 3 hours for the largest. Each unit has two built-in deadlocks with keys supplied by Door To Store, and because the unit stays on the customer’s own property or site, access is available whenever it’s needed. One point worth planning around: once a unit is loaded, it can’t be moved, so it needs to be emptied and dismantled before it can be relocated.
