Can I cancel my unit delivery?
Yes, you can cancel an existing booking. If you need to cancel a reservation, kindly call us or email us at least 7 days before the scheduled hire start date to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start date will incur a charge equivalent to the full-service installation charge.
What happens if I need to move the Mobile Storage Unit to a different location?
Door to Store offers flexibility. If you need to relocate the mobile storage unit, simply contact our customer service, and we’ll work with you to make the necessary arrangements. The unit will need to be emptied first
Are there any items I cannot store in the unit?
Yes, there are certain items that cannot be stored.
These include combustible, flammable, hazardous, and/or toxic materials such as gasoline, compressed gas, propane tanks, and various chemicals.
Perishable foods, stolen items, illegal goods, live plants, and radioactive materials are also prohibited.
